Investigating -
We are currently experiencing issues with Microsoft Azure that has impact to the Claims Dispatch Application. Some users may be unable to reach the portal or log in.
The issue is due to a widespread Azure service outage impacting multiple platforms. Our technology team is actively monitoring the situation and working to restore full functionality as soon as these services are stabilized. Please monitor this page for updates.
