What happened?
Cotality experienced a technology mild service degradation related to a communication issue between our systems and our vendor, PLNAR.

How does this impact you?
Users had issues syncing Claims Estimate™ and some slowness using Claims Workspace™.

What did Cotality do to resolve the issue?
We terminated the API connection between us and PLNAR.

What happens next?
We are in touch with PLNAR and will help them resolve their issue. There may be some delays for them to process orders. We are currently unsure if they can continue to process orders without API. You may contact them directly for more information.

Identified - The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Investigating - We are aware of an issue with one of our integration partners that is impacting users who receive Power BI reports through subscriptions. Users may experience delays in receiving these scheduled reports to their email inbox. This outage should not prevent users from directly interacting with Power BI. We are monitoring the situation with our integration partner and will update this page as more is shared. Thank you for your patience.
