Out team has mitigated the issues with Claims Dispatch by bypassing the affected portion of Azure temporarily until the underlying issue is resolved.
Users should now be able to log in to Claims Dispatch.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing issues with Microsoft Azure that has impact to the Claims Dispatch Application. Some users may be unable to reach the portal or log in.

The issue is due to a widespread Azure service outage impacting multiple platforms. Our technology team is actively monitoring the situation and working to restore full functionality as soon as these services are stabilized. Please monitor this page for updates.
